Situated at one of the highest points of the city, Bellavista was built in 1906 and thus named for its sweeping views over the Western part of Plymouth, the River Lynher, the River Tamar and out to sea beyond the Sound.
This large Edwardian house boasts spacious rooms and high ceilings and has undergone a complete refurbishment respecting the original features whilst introducing more recent comforts.
